*In order to be eligible for the guarantee, you must present a written price estimate, or offer, from a competitor that is a licensed retailer on their official letterhead no later than one business day prior to the installation date of the product by Express Home Services. Written estimate must include all dimensions, upgrades, installation fees, discount/promotional pricing and other charges. Minimum Express Home Services order of at least $1500 required. Express Home Services will only accept one written price estimate per competitor. Offer valid to owners of residences only for standard installations. Competitor’s offer must be dated within 30 calendar days prior to the date customer signs a purchase order with Express Home Services. This offer does not apply once an Express Home Services order is installed. Carpet or Flooring product must be comparable (for example, same or similar face weight of carpet and padding or identical hardwood, laminate or ceramic flooring). Offer applies to in-stock Carpet and Flooring products only. Exclusions: Excludes Area Rugs. Express Home Services will not match competitors' bonus or free offers, special offers, rebates, financing offers, clearance or closeout prices, or installation specials. Offer is not available to Express Home Services employees and sales and/or installation contractors. Express Home Services has the right to refuse or deny any written estimate. Express Home Services is not responsible for typographical errors in this guarantee. Subject to change.
